Lunch Catering Menu
A California BBQ featuring ak cooked meats and fresh salads.
Meals include: one side dish, mixed green salad, bread, butter, barbeque sauce, paper plates, plastic utensils and napkins. Substitute Caesar salad for an additioal $1.00 per person. Add a side for $2.50 per dish.

Tri-Tip
Oak grilled and served with bbq and horseradish sauce.
BBQ Beef
Brisket and Tri-Tip simmered in our zinfandel bbq sauce. (Served with cheddar cheese ~ lunch only)
Pulled Pork
Slow cooked and served with sweet fried onions.
Oak Smoked Chicken
Cooked with your choice of regular or spicy bbq sauce.
Grilled Sausages
Smoked German, Polish, hot link sausages served with sautéed onions and peppers and stone ground mustard.
Pork Spare Ribs
Cooked to perfection and slathered with our bbq sauce.
POTATO BAR
Baked potato served with your choice of pulled pork, BBQ beef or tri-tip chili. Includes: butter, cheddar cheese, sour cream and chives.
